VictoryLab is aimed at eliminating forms of abuse within the organization by giving individuals a voice and method to seek help. VictoryLab also allows players to communicate their feelings anonymously to management. Individuals can (anonymously) ALERT designated team personal about abuse or harassment issues within the team. VictoryLab allows Coaches and Managers to monitor the morale and chemistry levels within the team in real time. Coaches can see the drop of morale before it effects performances or experience the loss of the locker room.
